Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original blue box and protective packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
